We make our audits regarding “Continuity Conditions” determined with Implementation Principles of Fire Balls Program twice a year and we organize personal evaluation meetings with our sparks.
With evaluation meetings, we aim to understand current status of our sparks and motivate them with constitutive feedbacks. We take necessary actions according to Implementation Principals regarding our sparks who can not make any positive acceleration within the determined periods.
